ReligionMatters is an uplifting and enlightening biweekly podcast about religion and spirituality in our world, featuring two exciting and dynamic scholars with ecumenical and faith-positive perspectives. Dr James Findlay and Dr Arik Greenberg come from different religious backgrounds, but both share an avid belief in the importance of religious tolerance and education in our modern world.

The show presents lively discussion on a variety of salient topics, touching on politics, economics, the environment, culture, and the history and future of the human race. Our show will feature frequent guests — many being experts in their fields — to engage in provocative and profound discussion with our hosts. No topic is off-limits.

Objective

Our mission is provide viewers of all ages and backgrounds with an education in the history of the three major ‘Abrahamic’ religions and the development of their canons. We will also deal with issues regarding other faiths and how they influence today’s world. The discussions will focus on the historical as well as the spiritual within religion.

Our discussions will inspire religious tolerance and a deeper understanding of the often entwined histories of the major world religions. Our standpoint is that religion is a personal choice and that it should be a force for positive global transformation.
