Starting at St. Basil Roman Catholic Church on Wilshire and ending at the Islamic Center of Southern California, live, virtual, and hybrid events will be presented in concert with other California and US cities, as well as Globally for the Interfaith March for Peace & Justice. Freedom, Diversity, and Respect: Learning to Live Together

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

An Entirely Outdoors Event!

Starting Location: St. Basil's Roman Catholic Church, 3611 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90010. Registration begins at 1 PM, Program starts at 1:30, Step-off at about 2.

Brief stops on Wilshire Bl. in front of the Robert F. Kennedy Inspiration Park and Immanuel Presbyterian Church.

Ending Location: The Islamic Center of Southern California (ICSC), 434 Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90020. Arriving at approximately 3 PM, with programming through 4:30.

Parking: Park in the lot at St. Basil's (on Harvard Bl. north of Wilshire) or street parking near Wilshire and Harvard; or, park in the ICSC lot at 425 Shatto Place and transit to St. Basil’s to begin the march. (All options are free.)

Join us marching in partnership with dozens of marches around the world. Let us walk together to affirm freedom, diversity, and respect among nations, ethnicities, and religions, as we learn to live in peace.

Our march pillars:

• We are united in rejecting hatred and oppression in the name of religion and in supporting freedom of worship or belief.

• We are united to stamp out bigotry and violence of every sort, and in support of the right to live peacefully.

• We are united in affirming the role that the interfaith community must play in safeguarding the health and safety of all people.
